I started my career in Paris, working in various Higher Education institutions, managing events and marketing campaigns. My journey took an unexpected turn when a casual conversation led me to one of the fastest growing tech companies, in London.
During a family wedding in France in the summer of 2014, I mentioned my plan to relocate to London. My wife's cousin invited me to join his company, a tech company which was growing at a very past pace. This company was called Tableau (which I initially thought was a French company). Although I had no technical background and believed that data 'was not for me’, I downloaded Tableau the following Monday, played around with it, and loved its user-friendly interface.
I soon found a position on the Tableau Careers page that seemed perfect for me: building and scaling their Academic Programs in EMEA. This was an ideal match for my marketing background in Higher Education.

In 2019, my wife and I took a seven-month career break to travel across South East Asia which was soul refreshing. Upon returning to the UK, I briefly worked as a Partner Marketing Manager for a tech company specialising in Identity and Access Management. However, the siren call of data was too strong to resist.

I created a Data 101 course, trained over 5000 users, and championed Tableau adoption. By the time I left, I had established a community of over 400 data champions and contributed to a 140% increase in active Tableau users at JLR.
As of July 2023, I'm thrilled to have joined The Information Lab as a Data Success Lead. In less than a decade, my perspective on data has completely transformed. Once doubtful about its role in my career, I now focus on helping organisations implement data-driven strategies and realise the true value of data, just as I have experienced on my own journey...
